Erin Lemberg, Principal, Massachusetts Certified General Appraiser License #76108

Erin joined Backus Appraisals as a partner in 2016 after obtaining her Trainee Appraiser License from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In 2022, she advanced her credentials to become a Certified General Appraiser. Erin brings over 20 years of experience in the Nantucket real estate market, including building, developing, buying, and selling properties.

In addition to her appraisal work, Erin is a Massachusetts Licensed Real Estate Broker and Licensed Construction Supervisor. She possesses a deep understanding of local zoning and regulatory frameworks and has cultivated strong, long-standing relationships within the Nantucket community — including local real estate professionals, builders, designers, and attorneys specializing in transactional real estate, estate planning, and land use matters.

A graduate of Nantucket High School, Erin earned her B.A. in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Connecticut College.

Erin and her husband, Scott, are the proud parents of two children, Camden (15) and Keller (13), and in 2022, they welcomed Bruce Lee, their yellow Labrador retriever, to the family.
